Greek Feta Spinach Turkey Burgers/Sliders

You know the drill- summer time=burger grub. Who agrees?! Sometimes I’m craving a big grub, but other times I want something lighter. These burgers are perfect for a light summer meal by the pool, at least that’s my favorite way to enjoy them🤩

INGREDIENTS

– 1 lb ground turkey

– 1/3 cup crumbled feta

– 1/3 diced red onion

– Handful diced spinach

– Italian seasoning & salt

When I make them into burgers I pair them with a toasted bun and tzatziki, but when I do sliders I use japanese sweet potato slices and hummus as the bun!!!

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly by hand in a large mixing bowl.

2. Grease a cast iron skillet (or grill) and cook on each side for about 8 mins (putting the top on helps them cook quicker without burning the outside).
